Bone China
Bone China is a soft paste china developed in England.
In the period from 1985 to 1990 bone china became a part of the product
range of several companies in Germany which traditionally produced hard
procelain. Technical difficulties and environmental problems then
caused a decrease in this type of production in Germany. Further
manufacturers are situated in the Asian area and in Japan.
Compared to hard porcelain, bone china contains less kaolin, is fired with lower temperatures and, therefore, more
