Each tea variety requires its unique treatment with respect to brewing. While black tea is brewed with 90°C hot water, green tea, depending on the variety, cannot be brewed with more than 70-80°C hot water in order for its aroma to fully unfurl. Suitable thermometers for taking the appropriate water temperature are available.
