When looking for a fine tea from the south of India, we found the garden Thiashola. Their production of this high quality tea impressed us with its fresh, slightly sharp-edged flavor and with its refined body. It is reminiscent of the season’s first plucking of Assam and Dooars, a multi-colored, uneven leaf with green spots. The cup color is copper-red with a floral scent.
