For the classic Yoga tea preparation we recommend the following recipe: Boil 0.4 oz. (11 g) “Yoga Tea” in approx. 34 fl. oz. (1 l) of water for about 30 minutes, filter it and add 8.5 fl. oz. (0.25 l) milk. It can be sweetened with honey, if you like.
