1. The email will be sent from shop@dethlefsen-balk.us
2. Check your Junk/Spam folder
3. If unable to locate this email, contact Dethlefsen & Balk, Inc.

- Issues Logging In

1. For Login Name and Password – all alpha characters MUST be in Upper Case
2. Ensure no spaces in front or at the end of the Login and Password
3. Do not copy and paste these from the email into the website fields
4. Be sure to select (check) the Terms of Sale checkbox before clicking the Login button

- I am unable to see prices, ingredients for any items or place items in my basket

1. You must have a Wholesale Account with Dethlefsen & Balk, Inc. Contact us directly to determine if an account can be created for you.
2. You must Login to view prices, ingredients or place orders. If you have an account with Dethlefsen & Balk, Inc. but do not have a login or password, request one by clicking, in the upper right hand corner, on ‘Login’. The Login window will open. Click on ‘Register’ at the bottom of this window. Complete the form and ‘Send’ . A member of your D&B Customer Service Team will make arrangements to send your Login and Password to you.

- Adding Items to Your Basket

     You must be logged on to the website in order to place items in your basket. The D&B Website 
     has multiple locations where you can add items to your basket from:

1. Search for/locate by specific item. Update quantity and click on the shopping cart icon. A check box will appear next to the cart when successfully added to the cart.
2. When viewing open orders or previous invoices, every line item will display a quantity window. Update the quantity and click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button.
3. When viewing ‘Previous Orders’ under ‘My Account’, every line item will display a quantity window. Update the quantity and click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button.
   

- What is the quickest way to enter an order?

     The quickest way to enter your orders is to have your item numbers and use the Quick Entry Tool 
     available under the ‘My Account’ menu option.

- Can I leave items in my basket and comeback to complete my order at a later 
  time?

     Yes.  Your items will remain in your basket until you place your order or remove them.

- Changing Your Password

     Dethlefsen & Balk, Inc. will generate your initial login and password. Should you wish to change 
     your password:

1. Login using the login and password supplied by Dethlefsen & Balk
2. Go to ‘My Account’ / ‘Change Password’

- Resetting Your Password

1. Click on the ‘Login’ option in the upper right hand corner of the website page. Your Login window opens.
2. Click on option at bottom “Forgot Password”. A system generated email from shop@dethlefsen-bal.us will be immediately sent to your email. Don’t forget to check your Junk folder if not immediately seeing the email.
3. If you had changed your password previous to this, you will receive a different password. Once logged in you can choose to change under ‘My Account’ / ‘ Change Password’.

- Where can I review my open orders and invoices?

1. Login
2. Go to ‘My Account’ / ‘My Account’ There you will find options of Pending Orders/Orders In Process/Invoices. The right column will show the quantity of each currently in your account. Click on the number to view
